D and I purchased this Slim in 6 workout program. I can’t remember if I’ve said that or not. He’s lost 5 pounds already. Me nothing. Anyway, I’m already very annoyed with the lady on the videos. In this one part she says something like “Doing great, Sherry!” and then does this insane laugh. It’s really annoying and I try to laugh in sync with her now.
So that’s got me thinking. Would the best thing be if you could just trade in work-out tapes like once a month or something? The teachers are always annoying eventually, so when you just can’t take them anymore, you can send in your DVD and get another one. Brilliant.

Kind of reminds you of that commercial where the woman and her husband cut out stuff and he loses all this weight and she loses nothing.

men always lose weight faster. It sucks. Get netflix and then just rent exercise videos.

I just recently bought Turbo Jam. It’s a lot of kickboxing stuff and I pretend I’m punching the instructor in the face while I’m working out. Great stress relief!
I also do Netflix and they have a TON of workout DVDS. I’ll let you know if I stumble upon any where the instructor is NOT annoying (hasn’t happened yet!).

I just started SI6 yesterday. The music is annoying. Luckily on the DVD you can turn it off. I like listening to Enya instead. I can live with an hour for 6 weeks with the little annoyances if I get fit at the end. If the soreness I’m feeling today is any indication, I’ll get a great workout.
